Preserved Lemon Marinade Ottolenghi (270gr)

Preserved lemons offer more than just brightness – they bring a distinctive salty-sour-sweet balance. We've softened their intensity with herbs and olive oil to create something that elevates without overwhelming. Lovely with fish and chicken, but equally good with roasted cauliflower or drizzled over a simple salad.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

Ingredients: preserved lemons, extra virgin olive oil, water, sugar, onions, sunflower oil, salt, lemon juice, garlic puree.
