If you are local to any of our Western Australian boutiques (Bicton, Baldivis, Manning or Mandurah), we’d love for you to visit us in-store. Because our gifts are carefully curated, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind by either the purchaser or the recipient. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details, and we will replace it at our cost.
