We ship Australia wide! Orders are usually packed and shipped within 48 hours. You will receive a notice after your order is confirmed with tracking details if applicable. Please be aware that postal services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
If you have not received your purchased item/s within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
We offer store collection! Please allow 5 working days for your purchase to be ready in store for collection.
If you have not received confirmation that your order is ready within 5 working days, please contact your selected store.

Please select carefully as we do not offer a refund if you change your mind or have purchased incorrectly. A store credit (valid for 3 months) or exchange, however, may be offered. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Your item/s will be carefully packaged before being shipped to you and must arrive to us in the same condition upon return. All garments must still have the swing tag attached, and must not have been worn or washed. Please feel free to try on clothing but do not remove the tags.

We will happily provide a refund to goods that are deemed faulty within two weeks of purchase. As with a standard return please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Goods will only be accepted if care instructions have been followed and a receipt of purchase is sent with the item. We will accept a credit card statement as proof of purchase. Once the item is inspected by the label/brand and is deemed faulty we will refund your credit card for the total amount of the purchase along with the original cost of postage paid. If the item has been worn, damaged, or mishandled The Cumquat Tree reserves the right to send the item back to you with no offer of an exchange nor credit.
We do not offer an exchange or refund on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty by the brand/label.
